Innovative Design for Seamless Operation
Compact and Flexible: The gate leaf spans the channel and is hinged at the invert, allowing it to tilt between 0° (fully open) and 60° (fully closed) for precise level control. A small floor recess enables the gate to lower completely, leaving the waterway unobstructed when needed.
Customizable Height: The gate leaf height is tailored to the maximum design upstream water level, enabling accurate water management.
Reliable Components for Long-Term Performance
Durable Sealing System: Resilient neoprene seals minimize leakage along the sides and invert. Stainless steel rub plates embedded in channel walls provide a smooth and durable sealing surface.
Efficient Hoist Mechanism: Operated using tandem cables or an optional articulating stem, the gate features manual or automated drum hoists mounted at the operating deck for optimal control.
